She respectfully advised us as to what and why we should or shouldn’t take a certain action during the process. The only thing we would like to have had more of would be more timely communication. Sometimes days would go by and we didn’t hear back from her when we left messages. When she did return our calls, however, she would spend time listening and talking to us about our concerns.
