Michelle and the Arnold team totally spoiled us during the home buying process. My husband and I shared what we were looking for, and Michelle did an amazing job of providing us options and finding something even better than what were looking for.
From the beginning, Michelle didn’t just try to sell us, but kindly showed us ideas of what was available and then educated us and coached us all throughout the process. As a first time home buyer new to the area, I had a lotttt of questions about the process and market here. She totally put up with me and spent a lot of time with me on the phone and in person helping me understand so I could feel confident and excited about the process instead of nervous. She made sure as well that we were getting the best deal, and that we were well taken care of in all aspects before during and even after the home purchase.
She went far above and beyond by inspiring us to do some projects to the new home, and even loaned a few of her personal tools to us. She totally spoiled us and helped us way more than she had to but she wanted to.
